The Ford Ranger remains a favorite among pickup owners who prefer the smaller mid-size version. The truck has proven itself time and again to capably perform in work and recreational situations. Ford recently introduced the Adventure to their Ranger lineup, which is quickly gaining in popularity.

The trucks come standard with a 2.3-liter, EcoBoost four-cylinder engine that easily delivers up to 270 horsepower. The engine is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. The combined efforts of the powertrain enable the pickup to carry up to 1,860 pounds or haul up to 7,500 pounds.

Putting the pickup into 4WD is now as simple as turning a dial. Go from two to four-wheel-drive in high or low modes with ease. Add the off-road package and gain the ability to alter the truck's performance for normal, grass/gravel and snow or mud/ruts and sand travel. See the new Adventure in our Kittanning, PA Tri-Star Ford Kittanning inventory. Take the pickup for a road test.
